My Last Week of Events at Working Artists
By A | December 2, 2008
This is the final week of events and classes at Working Artists. Thursday night is the “Off the Wall” exhibit, featuring original artworks and literature $100 and less; Saturday is my Marketing/Sales Strategy & Planning class for artists and creatives @ the Working Artists Studios; and then Sunday is the final day of the Carton Service building Open Studios event.
I’m also putting the final touches on my revised business plan for Working Artists LLC in preparation for its presentation to my “advisory” group. I’m seeking a business partner and investment to take WA to its next level so it can begin to fulfill on its potential in a bigger way.
The week is packed.
And then on December 15th I’m on vacation until January 14th.
Although some of the work of WA will be happening in the background, there will be no meetings, presentations, classes, events, exhibits for me to produce or attend. Just time to hang with my family, my brother who will visit from Louisiana, trips to Seattle an the coast - time in the studio - time for friends and if I’m lucky, maybe even a little romance…
Okay - off to keep the day rolling - have tons-o-work to do!!!
A.
