Walking the road of my life has been a constant source of entertainment – dramatic, goofy as hell, touching, devastating, inspiring, torturous, rambunctious, lonely, overwhelming, beautiful, exhilarating, sickening, comedic, musical, artistic, and so much more. What my life have never been is boring.
And, when I struggle, I reach out to others to hear about their challenges, to learn about how they resolved them, and to gather inspiration in deciphering and arranging the puzzle pieces of my life.
I have a few areas of constant struggle which I will share about here over time – money, confidence, intimate relationships, consistent creative output, need to make a difference, accepting [success, love, help, feedback, contribution, etc.], self care, spiritual connection. There are probably many more, but as an artist and creativity monger these areas more consistently affect my performance/output/experience of my endeavors than anything else I can think of at this moment.
In this section I will share with you my struggles and how I am addressing them; and when I recognize them, my triumphs – and would truly love to learn of your stories too. Your comments are welcome.
Here’s to the blood and fibre of life – our struggles and the growth we gain from accepting and facing them head on!
