BOX
STORIES
This was
one of the first boxes created by artist and E&M Founder, Adrienne
Fritze, and is about her relationship with her brother - 10 years her
senior. The box panels each have a unique face painted on it representing
the many viewpoints throughout the years the artist has held about him.
In the end, she acknowledges, and is thankful for, the gift that is her
brother.

WORKSHOP
| BREAKING THROUGH BELIEFS THAT BIND
Dates:
Aug 20
|
Time: 3:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Do
you wish that you could free yourself from the "triggers"
or "buttons" that send you off into a tizzy with certain
people in your life?
Maybe your
boss, a spouse, parent, child, or friend - someone you find
yourself in a knee-jerk reaction to when they say or do "that
thing" that bugs you? If this is you, E&M invites you
to join us for the Box Project workshop, Breaking
Through Beliefs That Bind.
In
this workshop
we
explore the power point-of-view (POV) has in your life, and
discover the resulting beliefs that get in the way of you having
the relationships you dream of. Once uncovered, you have the
opportunity to create a new, empowering POV that will shift
your experience of your relationships - forever. (CLICK

Empty & Meaningless:
the Box Project (E&M) is a community arts program whose intent
is to create an atmosphere for breakthroughs in any area of your life,
using the tools of ontological inquiry and art. Under the E&M
banner are specially designed programs for use in schools, prisons,
with at-risk and marginalized populations, as well as seminars and
one-off workshops designed to explore topics as diverse as imprisonment
& freedom, health and well-being, parenting, and more.
