2010 is Looking Amazing to Me…

For most of my adult life I’ve had an ongoing “wish list” for Christmas. There were only two things on the list until a few years ago, when a third thing was added.

Mr. Smith Goes to Washington starring Jimmy Stewart and Jean Arthur

Jimmy Stewart as Idealist/Optimist Jefferson Smith.

The first wish was to have my very own copy of “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington”. My family fulfilled that two Christmases ago.

Easy Bake Oven

The second thing I’ve wanted FOREVER was an Easy Bake Oven, which a dear friend gave to me this Xmas.

The third thing was to recover a precious friendship that had been lost just a few short years ago.

I was so thankful to have that wish fulfilled this Xmas as well…

I have long believed I was, and am, a fortunate woman – even when facing some of the worst and most painful experiences.

Today I am doubly aware of my fortune.

2010 is very much looking like it will be a beautiful year…

With love,

A.
